We bought a brand new condo and our machine never worked. So far, we've had a service technician, 2 no-shows, 2 circuit boards replaced, and it still doesn't work. Whirlpool will not replace it until a technician deems it unrepairable. I've already had to call out of work 5 times, spent numerous time on the phone, and money at the cleaners to have our laundry done. read full review »
