After reading ever single person's complaint; I have come to realize that 90% of you idiotic, brainless, "needs to learn how to read/write English", has no idea about telecommunications business, and seriously doesn't realize that the place you work at is getting a large amount of complaints, people! Everyone needs to do their research.
