A sales representative fraudulently tried to sell, to my widowed Mother who has dementia, a security system and smoke alarm. Her home has "For Sale' signs on it. He tried to charge her $1, 400.00 for a medical alert only system, and they installed a non-working smoke alarm. It was timing and luck that we were able to cancel the contract within three days of her signing it. I want to let as many people as I can know about this, because to me, about the only thing lower than a child molester, is one who would take advantage of the elderly this way. read full review »
