Randolph Arczynski is no longer affiliated with Randolph & Hein. The sole owner of the company since the middle of 2009 is Mohammad Ali Karbalai. He alone is responsible for the decisions currently being made by this company. He alone is responsible for payment of all outstanding balances due to vendors. The person responsible for the lack of communication with vendors is the controller, Robbie Fatoorehchi.
