The Owner Micheal Lane, Regularly sells used refurbished factory returns to customers as new items. he knowing removes the refurbished product designation from the federal U.L. listed label. This is known as the bait and switch. He also does not perform ethical business practices with all product lines he sells. He also owns the River rd. sew and vac. store on River rd. in Eugene Oregon.
