I have taken a flat on rent in Navi Mumbai through a property broker. I have given 1.5 month brokerage at the time of possession. The rent agreement was made and everything was done. Now after 11 months when the rent agreement is about to expire and need renewal, my broker is asking again for 1 month brokerage.
