I lost time when I contacted Ashley to file a report on a newly purchased sectional recliner. Ashley referred me to the extended Warranty for repair. After contacting these people and submitting what they wanted, I was contacted a week later and informed that I need to contact Ashley because my item is under the manufacture warranty. I do not appreciate Ashley initial service when they referred me to the extended warranty, when my claim needed to be handled through their service. I was not handled properly and this has costed me time and I value the time I spend. read full review »
