I work for a car delaership in WNY. I have been trying for weeks to get a lien release for a vehicle and I am getting major run around from both HSBC & Santander. I talk to Santander, who tells me to call HSBC, so I do only to be informed by HSBC that auto finance no longer exists & they give me a number for Santander. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am thinking of going to the Better Business Bureau on both banks. I don't know if they will be able to help, but it's worth a shot right? read full review »
