I has a home office with internet service hook-up via Hughesnet satellite. When I have had reason to call tech support, I have been connected with someone in India, someone who speaks English with a heavy Indian accent, making it difficult to understand said person. In my experience with these tech support people, I am made to feel that I am somehow at fault. I am talked down to, as if I am either a child or a person below the technician's station in life.
