ok hello i have received this product and the directions told me to prime the steambuddy for 5-10 times and then it should work right? ummm no it did not work and i was planning to use it on a silk shirt that i had just got the steam would not come out of the buddy and also the attachments would not snap on correctly neither of the attachment. read full review »
