I signed for a debt management program with Debt Solution Services. I was promised that they will help me settle my debts and was told verbally that I can send below minimum payment schedule. Unfortunately, I became unemployed and was unable to make the minimum. Although, I was in constant communication and had been sending every penny I can put away, I got a letter that they had to terminate my contract. I was not able to get any portion of my money back.
