I used to be an Alltel customer. I was very happy with Alltel. I was purchased as a customer during Verizon's takeover. I am under contract. Since taking over my business, I am getting texts from a phone (that I also pay for as it belongs to my son) at times when I am looking at the phone and it is turned off. I am being charged airtime for texts, in addition to what I have to pay for unlimited texting. If I am paying for texts, I should not be charged airtime too.
