On 1/31/2010 I purchased an ASUS Eee-PC mini laptop computer and was exchanged for having hard-drive issues due to counterfeit software. I was given a new laptop of the same brand. On 04/10/2010 I again returned the exchanged new machine with the same issues showing on the screen that it had counterfeit software in it. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Attorney General and the BBB of Tucson, Arizona.
