We did not request the service that Regional Yellow Pages Online is attempting to collect from our company. I called on July 14th, 2009 to ask that the billing be stopped and to question why we were receiving a bill for a service for which we did not ask. The individual that I spoke with asked to record my statement which I agreed to. When I started protesting about the fact that we did not request this service, the gentleman stated that he had to start the recording over because the conversation was going over the time limit.
