After a family history of 5 successful au pairs, this agency provided us with 3 au pairs in a row who had no interest in fulfilling even the most minimal responsibilities. When we documented complaints the first time, they said we could not rematch because there were no girls available - we were later told by agency personnel that this was a lie.
