From what I've read, many others have received a phone call similar to the one I just received. Not only was the woman ignorant, but she couldn't even get the information correct! She said she was trying to collect on a PECO bill from Nov 2005 for an address where I had moved away from in Aug 2005. Then she would switch the year to 2004 (if I hadn't paid a bill in 2004, there's no way PECO would've continued to provide service to me through August '05).
