I purchased an expensive microwave from Rainbow Appliance. They shipped it to the wrong address resulting in the microwave being lost. They proceeded to blame the carrier instead of taking ownership of their mistake. They have not issue a refund or replacement. BUYER BEWARE!! RAINBOW APPLIANCE IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.
