Watch out for these guys. I ordered an item and paid extra for "express" shipping. Unfortunately, that still gives them the right to wait 5 business days before shipping your (in stock) item. Add on 5 days for UPS, and my "express" shipping took 10 business days to arrive. Also, terrible customer service. They ignored 3 emails from me asking for the status of my order before they finally decided to explain their concept of "express". read full review »
