They suck you in with the "free trial." Stupidly I gave my credit card info for shipping. They took it upon themselves to take 106.90 out of my checking account. When I called the customer service rep told me that when I checked the box to agree with the terms, it gave them permission to send me product every 30 days and charge me for it. Funny thing is, I never received the new product. I went balistic and told the cs rep I wanted her manager. When that weasle came on the phone it only got worse.
