I ordered from this company twice. Both orders arrived at a timely fashion. One of the heatsink I ordered dont fit well on my boxed/retail CPU, so I wrote them if I could have an exchange. The email was answered within one day and no question asked. I sent the heatsink back, got a different (better) product within 5 days. The price difference was taken care of nicely. These people are efficient! They might not have the best price for some of their products, but I appreciated their way of handling RMA. Very efficient.
