Money was deducted from my account before the 10 day trial period. I called EverBrite and was told that I could not be refunded. Phone connections were very poor, service reps very hard to hear and understand. When I finally got through to a manager, I was put on "hold", essentially dead air, no one ever came back on the line. I called back, given to a manager who I could not hear or understand, she told me I needed to call back. No one would agree that my money was withdrawn one day early, and no one would assure me that I would be refunded, but rather that I would not.
