When I went to order online with Macy's I discovered they kept increasing the "shipping fee" the more items I ordered. The first time I called they said, after a long painful call, to a heavy accented woman, that she would adjust the fee. When order confirmed the large fee still there. When I called back second woman, speaking into a scratchy microphone, said "we charge not by the items but by the price of the item. I said so if I order a 4 pound item for $20 you will charge $6.95 but if I order a $100 item you charge $12.95... read full review »
