They regularly refuse to fill prescriptions as written by doctor: they offer another cheaper drug that does not always even have the same critically important components. Like "take zocor (simivastatin) instead of Vitoryin (simvistatin plus one other drug). Then they want to limit the quantity to substantially less than the doctor prescribed so they can get an extra co-pay by making me go to the pharmacy twice a month. I am kicking myself for not choosing a plan that will honor my doctor's care decisions and I paid a deductible to boot. My advice: RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLAN SPONSOR AS YOU CAN. read full review »
