I was scheduled to have my dryer repaired on Friday between 1-5. I received a call at 2pm on Friday saying that the tech had called in that morning sick and there was no one else to come out...I would have to wait until Monday. This is after I had to wait 5 days to even get scheduled. I had rearranged my whole day for Friday and no one even bothered to call me Friday morning to tell me that they would not be able to come.
