I placed an order and the order confirmation came through fine. However after checking the order status online I kept noticing that it does not move away from the status of "Provisioning." I called their office and at first they told me they did not have access to the system that can tell me what the issue is. After repeated calls they told me that my order is waiting to be shipped.
