Purchased Warcraft 3 from this site, servics was definately below average. The game wasn't actually prepared for shipping until I emailed them asking about it, a day after they should have shipped it. Then it was actually sent out the door until 2 days later, again only because I emailed them to request information on why it was taking so long. A customer shouldn't have to prod a company to get it's stuff out the door; a delivery that should have taken 2 days will now take a least a week to complete, if not more. read full review »
