I ordered a cd for 3.88 on Jan 06, 2009. I did recieve the cd which I never used but never recieved a password or anything after that. This morning I was balancing my checkbook and noticed that they had taken $72.21 from my account which I did not authorize. I called the number listed on my bank account and while they did give me a cancellation number and told me no further funds would be removed they said they could not give me my money back nor could they transfer my call to a manager or other higherup person to help. Told me the manager did not take phone calls. Hmmm-wonder why!!! I just want my money back. Anyone have any ideas on how to do that? read full review »
