Poor customer care. I have dilligently paid my auto loan for 3 years with bank account debit online monthly. I wanted to find out the payoff amount for my loan which I am supposed to be able to do automatically online. I was not even able to get a current loan balance on my auto loan when online or by calling. The customer service rep said that they would have to call me back with that information. This sounds suspicious to me. Why am I not able to see my account balance? It seems to me that this should be illegal. If I am not able to find out an account balance, how am I to believe that they are not overcharging etc... read full review »
