I have read all of the complaints about Cheapoair.com, and regrettably they are all valid complaints. To make matters worse, this company is owned by the same umbrella company that owns Onetravel.com and Fareportal.com. The owners of this company do not believe that it is necessary to provide customer service to its clients. There is simply no profit in doing the right thing, so it is discouraged.
