We were behind on our mortgage, we were trying to catch up sent them a payment that they would not accept because we were 3 monthes behind and so we went into foreclosure, before I even sent that payment, we were trying to work with them to get the arm rate to a fixed rate because this is what caused us to get behind, we could not afford the amount it went up to when the arm changed.
