I started out with a low interest rate. It was changed several times--once the interest was raised 200. in 2 hours! I tried to pay it off quickly but they took almost half of each payment. When I called for help, the customer service people were clueless, as if they had no idea about the company. Now they've sent me a small check for SOME of the interest they ripped off, and say it will end my claim if i cash it. I there a class action lawsuit out there for this? read full review »
