I recently received an email from simplyOz .com, a site that I use about 4 times a year, saying my every 7th order would get a 20% discount. Great! 20% off every 2 years. So I told them it was hardly an incentive to buy and that I would much prefer they upgraded their website. My comments were: How about upgrading your site?
