I just refinanced with Bank of America in Diamond Bar Calif. To make the story short they did not lock in my loan as promised. I did get a letter fromt he VPresident of the Bank that they would honor a certain rate and would make good on a .475 loan origination. They took 3 steps in retifiying this problem. First no credit then a partial credit then another credit and still to this day have not given the amound promised on a company letter head statement from the bank.
