BOA home retention department is the worse I have ever dealt with. You can not talk to anyone that is working the modificaiton of the loan and they do not communicate with you. They lie, and have no concern for you. They foreclose on your home all the while they are telling you they are working on home modificaiton and the recording says please do not try to talk with us as this delays the process - process of what, them foreclosing on your home. Pull all your money out of BOA or anything that has BOA affliated. with it. This company is the most unethical there is. read full review »
