What happened to Customer Service? I would think that BofA would have better service. I have been a customer for 10+ years and I cannot wait to go and close my accounts. I was told that there was no reason to speak with a Supervisor as "authority couldn't do anything for me". I had to demand to speak with a Supervisor 12x's before I was transferred.
