I had got my brakes (pads)done at Merlin and they guarantee lifetime warranty in 2008. I got my brakes pads gone this year and called them since it is on warranty they said it will cost me $80 service fee.. This is a false advertisement as they that it is free where you have to pay $80..So I got my brake pads done from another place for $70..WHAT IS THE USE OF LIFETIME WARRANTY if they are charging you the same cost of new pads. read full review »
