I purchased a VIZIO tv in March 2009. I just opened the box to find that screws were missing to secure the base. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this rectified. They would not make any exceptions to send me 4 screws. I know there are policies and the onus is on me for not opening the tv sooner...but come on...4 screws! The reps were rude, and they became perturbed and kept me on hold for long periods of time because I opted to speak to a supervisor. Wow! I will never patronize VIZIO again! read full review »
