Barclays bank didn't give me the full six months 0% on balance transfer. They raised my rate without notice to 29%. I have excellent credit and I make 2 x per month payments of well beyond the minimum. The new credit card laws were supposed to prevent this! And they are rude! I posted a complaint on BBB Online because that is the only way that I can get them to do something. I'm really tired of politicians saying they are making it better and then it actually gets so much worse. You can only get 1% interest on savings but then banks jack up interest to 29%. read full review »
