I went online to order my birth certificate, vitalchek took my money, I faxed the ID requested with the signed documents, and recieved my confirmation, , , several days later.I went online to check my status they sent me a email indicating that my order was cancelled for none reciept of my ID. How could this agency just take your money.I sent them an email back letting them know that I had proof they recievec my faxes, and I WANTED my order processed, still waiting on a response. We can't trust noone now a days.Want to resolve issue. read full review »
