After paying off the car loan, confirming that the transfer of money went through and was cleared and all, it has been impossible to obtain a receipt, statement or proof that the car has been paid off. Also, I have dealt with a very helpful person but when trying to get back to her with the extension number she provided, all the customer service representatives answering the phone have refused to transfer me, and were unable to help me.
