Avoid rhis company because not only is there no customer service, there is no civility and the guy that answers the phone is just plain nuts. I called to find out why they placed an additional charge against my credit card. The man answering the phone went ballistic. He said they did not have the 1lb that I ordered so they sent me 2lbs and placed another charge on my card. This was without my authorization and apparently they are unable to communicate to customers when this happens. When you ask this guy why he is being so rude, he gets worse... read full review »
