I returned the product within the 15 day period, and canceled product. A second bottle was still sent but I refused acceptance. The cost of the first and second bottle had been taken from my account. I was able to get a phone number for the customer service through my bank. I call on a regular basis to get money back and always get the same answer. It has been almost a year and still haven't received money back. The phone number for customer is 819 483-0467. They told me there is no toll free number.
