Purchased a watch from Replicahouse which came with a cloth band. When I received the watch, the band had loose stitching. I sent an email to Alica asking that the band be replaced. A week later I got a reply asking for pictures of the band. I sent the pictures. No reply for a week. I send another email asking why no reply.
