I recently went to HHGREGG to exchange a camera that I had gotten as a gift, it just wasn't the one I wanted. When I got there I was swarmed by salesman as usual. Once I mentioned I wanted to exchange the camera they literally walked away leaving me standing alone. After awhile I found what I was looking for and had to go ask two separate people to help me.
