It has been 4 months since I subscribed for a monthly magazine and my card was charged but I haven't received a single issue. I emailed customer service after 10 weeks and received a short reply stastng it may take up to 12 weeks to start receiving my magazine and offered to cancel my subscrption if I wanted. I decided to wait and when I sent my next email after 4 months I never heard back. What a rip off! I would never use this service again. read full review »
