I rented an apartment from this Management Company I was unaware the apartment was invaded with roaches not untill I moved in all my furniture at night they all started coming out. The apartment was so unsafe for me and my children the windows had no safety locks, the onsite manager is running a buisness every weekend without a permit taking over all the parking spaces with all her customers.
