I called to scheduled my lawn mower for servicing. Since we purchased it, we have had to replace the spark plug every time we used it. The first technician came over and was unable to repair it. I called back and they told me another tech will be able to come over a month later. I was upset and I was told to call back Monday 04/19 and they will contact another department and try fit me in.
