Hi, This is to whosoever it may concern, Today I visited your store located at 162-17 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11432 at 5:00 pm(04/19/2010) along with my two year old son and I think I have never came across such rude staff ever in my life before. I tried to make a complaint to a senior and a manager there but to no avail they kept on saying that I am wrong and they and their staff is correct and also told me that they dont accept complaint or suggestions from customers.
