We bought a new refrigerator from our local Sears store and scheduled for delivery. When it was delivered one of the doors was dented, and the delivery guys scratched the other door bringing it in the house. We were given a number to call to set up a service day. The first service day (which my husband had taken off work for) the guy wanted to know where the new doors were for him to install.
