Worked for this company for a couple of days and realized it was sa dishonest, misguiding company. In interview employer said main part of job is testing gold to buy, that it is very easy and makes good money. In training I found out that they wanted me to harass people walking by in the mall by "dropping my flyers" in front of people to get them to pick them up for me so I could start a conversation about gold, wanting me to "grab" people as they walked by, even if they were trying to ignore me.
